bwf appeals to citizens of the world who are sensitive, responsible; who have a humanitarian outlook, to participate in this mission by contributing towards 'making' more  Homes like Basera-e-Tabassum ( Abode of Smiles) which are very much essential in all districts of the violence hit state of Jammu & Kashmir. bwf further appeals to all the social, governmental and  non-governmental organizations of the world to help us heal the wounded and provide them a world to live in.
